job interview?

ok NOW what?
i sent out a whole wack of resumes last week... i had an interview this morning with Garden Grove landscaping (really cool) and that's a possibility. meanwhile, mom slipped my resume into someone's mailbox at church on sunday, and he called last night just before i left for bible study--and i now suddenly have a job working for edengrove. no interview, no 'yeah, come out to the yard and introduce yourself and we'll talk' ---this was more like a 'call me a week before you can start so i can put you on a crew'. i didn't even know he had my resume!! (mom told me AFTER i had answered the phone) surprise, you have a job.
so either place would be good. edengrove starts its days with group devotions. garden grove is also a christian owned and run company. edengrove has a lot of people that i already know, while garden grove doesn't. i'm not sure which one i'd rather do---both works long hours...but i'm leaning towards garden grove rather than edengrove... does it make much difference? not really i suppose. i guess it totally depends on who's gonna pay me more!! :~p

ANYWAYS...i have a painting due in...three hours. i'm not even going to attempt to get it done (although most of it's dry---it just needs a subject)---i'm not even going to go to the crit: this midterm that i have tomorrow is looming over the horizon and i have NO idea when or how (or even IF!) i'll start studying...no motivation...
aaargh.
I DON'T CARE!!!! and it's a little scary. because after i'm done writing the exam...that's when i'll care. good timing there.

in case you were wondering, i'm not on the ECF exec next year. did i write anything about that last week? ( i forget ) i was nominated...had an interview...wasn't really prepared for the whole thing... it's a relief: exec is a lot of work. (kind of like being on student council again) ...and i had decided that if they accepted me, i'd serve happily. but they didn't accept me and i'll still serve happily. even more so. woohoo.

and MORE exciting news: i was all bummed out that no one was writing any comments in here, until i discovered that i was somehow only allowing 'team members' to comment. haha. sorry bout that kids. you can be on my team! you can now write all the comments you want!! you'll totally make my day!! (*cheesy smile*)

alrite that's enough for now. because you know i'll be back within the hour wailing and whining about stupid art of the medieval mediterranean...FRUSTRATING...
