notable klutz moment

yes, this is a true story.
i worked today...i did up some catering stuff, then dishpit(at PSC). the FIRST thing i did...was reach for a container on a shelf above the stove...turned around with the container, put it on the counter, and behind me there was a huge crash---other containers and lids had landed on a pot which had been on the stove, just started with cream and coffee and sugar and stuff for cappuchino bread pudding (Yum!) ...it was no longer on the stove, but it was definitely on Everything Else...floor, wall, catering boxes, two shelves full of pans and cake rings...smelly...haha. good start to a great day. more klutziness later (broke a plate :( )...and i'm back there on saturday. how did they manage to stick me back on the schedule!? aaaah i'm stuck in the creepy grip of pearl street cafe, fated to never stop working there...you know everyone comes back, no one ever leaves...impending doom. and then of course when i get home there's a dinner party with dishes lying around--i can't stand it! not my dinner party, NOT my dishes, and yet who is washing them? stupid kids. i'm now on strike with chocolate ice cream (baileys!) and daphne dumaurier thank you very much.
