better day...

well yesterday was brilliant. did a lot of walking around downtown. my walk consisted of this: wait for 'bela fleck and the flecktones: live at the quick' cd to finish burning.
head to pearl street cafe to drop off cd and pick up 3 hour pay cheque (haha) (and to visit. i miss those guys)
walk past a new art gallery. stop and look. talk to person in gallery.
walk past a jewellery store, stop to find advice on candice's earrings. (hehe...)
look in zazzies...decide NOT to go in (it hurts. everything's so funky. but expensive)
browse in the natural bead----look at more earring solutions. find nothing much.
stop at cave art, see what they did with my print project. gonna look good! (straight. hehe)
finally reach bank with paycheques. woohoo!
the walk home was uneventful, after which i mowed the lawn, cleaned my room, and did stuff like call people and book appointments. dentist isn't till next week!

...OH YEAH!
BEFORE i went to cave art, i went to looney tunes..and treated myself to 3, yes THREE new cds.
belle and sebastien, the life pursuit (brilliant)
sufjan stevens, the avalanche (more of illinois)
and sufjan steves, michigan. that's what i'm listening to now, it's...like home. :) really good.
and just a few minutes ago i ordered 2 more suf cds. YES i'm so excited. i love you suf!

still happy about that---yet...today i was back on the hedge clipper---that thing is SO heavy! and some hedges are tall! most of the day my arms were about to fall off. in some tall dogwoods and sandcherries, i felt like security at a mosh pit (those sandcherries really know how to party)...aaaaaaand nasty exhaust in my eyes..boo..and the gas can spilled all over the back of the truck, including my bag and wallet. so i moved back into this nasty ugly wallet fom last year (haha) and everything's in the laundry now...boo.
and, i need to find a really good back massage somewhere.

and dad just called. BOO paper route that nobody cares about anymore!
