i listened to sufjan's christmas album again today. (just the two parts that were downloadable last year...i haven't invested in the full 5 volume album yet. first paycheck. well...after credit card bill...)
suf makes me super happy. and what do you get when you mix suf with christmas!?? really really really happy. :) add some chocolate and wow...heaven...
one of my many favourite things about suf's christmas album is this: he simply opened up the reader's digest christmas carol book and played some random songs out of there. meaning, i can open up my copy of the same reader's digest carol book, and play those same songs! meaning, i'm now playing my piano more often. sight-reading and learning new songs for once.
this is exciting.
except my piano needs some major work done...

You can have my piano, but you would have to fight off my sisters for it.. however I would help you fend them off !!
