i bought myself a ZEN last night.
30GB.
24/7 access to ALL of my favourite music.
oh man, it's so exciting.
except, now i need/want new music. hhmm.
i find it really funky/creepy to meet a character in a book who shares some of my characteristics, or hopes/dreams, or life and perspective. it's even more tough to realize how big their steps were to get them out of that place and into their real life that they'd been waiting for, and that was so much better than where they were before. there's also the issue of how much pain they went through before they were forced to let go of that place, the one that they share with me.
shitty.
but at the same time, it's inspiring...i know there's a way out, and out is much better than in. i just need someone or something to kick me out there!
i know i'm not alone...but sometimes i worry about loneliness. it's a scary thought.
gonna go listen.

the problem with endless music possibilities, is sometimes i just have too many things to choose from and i can't decide what to listen to! too many options. good thing random decides for me! :)
