pet peeve.

i guess proper spelling has always come naturally to me (probably in part because of all the reading i've done?) but it's so frustrating to get an email from someone who's in student leadership, laying down the law about how i should go about doing something to make their job easier, when the email is full of grammar and spelling mistakes.
go learn how to spell, THEN come talk to me.
not before.

ps. how can you be in university and still not know things that we learned in grade three? (haha capital letters and punctuation don't count...*cough cough*)

pps. my frustrations don't apply to everyone. only to those who are powertripping and such while misspelling. they just end up looking stupid and wasting my time.

PPPS. Now that I've gotten rid of all this anger, I'm off to a baptism, then to an exec meeting, then to CAMP! It's funny how all of this running around has sort of minimized my excitement for camp...usually I'm on a major high right now...but I guess I'm just growing up and getting busier.
Flip. That's not so good.

Bugs me when my bosses send out emails that are riddled with mistakes. Some, even spell-check would get... like putting exclamation marks in the middle of a sentence (don't ask..)

It's not that people don't remember... well it IS that, but the reason they don't is because they didn't think it was important.. they didn't care. Most people seem to have that when it comes to Math, but it's no less evident in English.

Have fun at Camp
