Sometimes,
when I spend a weekend at home in Burlington,
I forget that I am attending grad school in Toronto
at the same time.
Also, I'm a lazy artist--
but I seem to get the pressing urge to make/create
when there are more pressing matters like final deadlines
coming up soon.
The knots in my shoulder
keep track for me
of how much time I've wasted sitting here,
thinking about art. Thinking about life,
thinking about coffee and colour.
Unfortunately
art, life, coffee and colour are not really
related to the final deadlines coming up soon.
It might be time
to think about self-discipline and such...
