ANOTHER post? sigh...too much to read...spare my poor eyes...

i just have some announcements to make. and seeing as so many people read my blog, this is the ideal place to announce them.

1. february 26th is a saturday. my 'little brother' is planning a trip to the Dominican Republic to build a school with some of the kids from guido. as a fundraising event, they are planning a 'gala event' (talent show). at GUIDO DE BRES CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL (NOT cornerstone can ref-----just behind it though!) in hamilton. it'll be like...$5 to get in or something...nice and cheap but FOR A GOOD CAUSE. lots of music and such, don't worry i'll make sure they have lots of stuff to sing along to. (i get to play my xylophone with the band WOOHOO) but seriously---it'll be good times. tell everyone you know (and bring them along). come with your singing voices. and a smile. and your chequebook..;)


2. april 2nd is a LONG way off (and don't worry, i'll keep reminding you!!) but it's an important day: the CAMPFIRE fundraising banquet. get dressed up, eat REALLY good food, sing some awesome camp songs and look at some great camp pictures. i can't find the info for you right now but i will get it on sunday and tell you all about how to order tickets, how to reserve a table for you and 7 of your friends (but that doens't limit you to 7 friends----feel free to fill up 2 tables!), and how you can help out otherwise.

5 months to finish building the entire camp...if you want to come up to owen sound and BUILD, check out www.campfirebiblecamp.ca for information and such----we can get a team together and spend a day or two up there)
